So I had a deposit on slotsmillions during the month of march. After winning some, I decided to withdraw 100$.
I received a confirmation that my withdrawal was accepted and on his way on April first.
On april 5th, still nothing. So I write to the support team asking what happened. They told me it could take up to 10 days.
On the 10th day, it was a friday, I write to them again. They tell me that it was the 10th day and to wait fir it to pass, so to wait on monday...
Now, we are April 30th. Still no money after those 29 days. Site advise a 2 days withdraw, we are far from there.
I keep asking the support what is happening and do I have to do something to help the case.
I get more and more shorter and more delayed answer that "finance department is aware of the problem and will check your case soon".
It has been 29 days. What is wrong with this company? That is how you lose client.
