Delayed payment nearly 3 weeks since withdrawal request
I requested a withdrawal of $5,000 on the 13th December from Slotsmillion.
They kept rejecting identification for weeks, stalling, not responding….you know, the usual.
Asking for documents I had previously sent & accepting them after rejecting the first time round.
FINALLY all identification was approved on the 24th December- withdrawal processed on the 27th and was told money was on its way to my account via wire transfer.

It is now the 7th of January with no sign of money being in my account- have called my bank & they can not see anything coming in. I keep contacting them via live chat & don't receive a reply for at least 2 days. I keep requesting call backs and get no calls at all!
Keep emailing them with no response. Completely being ignored.
I researched thoroughly before I signed up with this casino & have read all reviews/ accreditatations the casino holds BUT am now thinking it is just another scam casino site like the rest of them……
On the 6th of January I messaged all 3 of Slotsmillion's representatives on Casinomeister, no replies from ANY of them.
Also put a review on Askgamblers - once again no response from a Slotsmillion representative.
I received this email from them on the 6th of January.
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
I am so sorry you have not received your withdrawal as yet, however, I am pleased to confirm that our finance department have contacted your provider and your provider has confirmed they have had some delays in processing payments.
I understand this is a very frustrating time, however the finance department have asked your provider to speed the process up for you, the main delays are due to the Christmas period.
Please allow 3 business days for the withdrawal to be credited to your account by your provide, if after 3 working days you have yet to receive it please inform us and we will chase this up with the finance department again.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

I contacted my bank today and they have stated they have received no contact what so ever from Slotsmillion.
I am confused as to what is happening- I just want my $5,000.00 that I won fair and square.
