Hi.
First of all I want to say my overall experience of this casino has been good. I made lots of deposits and after verification I made a withdrawal of around 4000euro that took 12 hours.
Due to me winning I kept on playing and that led to me depositing well over 7000euro but at the same time making a withdrawal of 23100 euro my biggest one yet.
They promise a process of the withdrawal to take up to 2 days max. It's day 4 now and when I ask the support the only answer I get is that It's in queue and that it takes a long time since its a big amount. Its also Christmas soon so the financial department is under a lot of stress. That I need to have patience.
I also asked about them getting a Swedish licence since there will be new rules after the 31's of December. Hence why I am making this complaint. I don't want the process to drag on and cause problems because of that. They said that they were going to get a Swedish license but since I get no updates and it has been double the promised withdrawal time I'm getting super worried.
I got screenshot of all withdrawals and conversations that I can post if needed. Really hope we can find a solution to this.

Got the money in my account.
I understand that these times are hectic close to Christmas. Special shout out to Andreas at the support he was super friendly and helpful.
Since it was such large amount I got stressed out when it took longer than expected. But the support has been really good. Thanks for solving this. Merry Christmas 😊

Yes I received the email regarding the withdrawal. Thanks for the support so far. I am now waiting for the money to hit my account though I'm curious how it will be payed out. They said it should take 3-5 days. But I deposit and withdraw via trustly and that should go faster if I'm not mistaken.
