I have never needed to complain, but I have two outstanding withdrawals of $270 (requested 12.09.18) and $400 (requested 17.09.19) respectively that have not been paid. I have emailed their support and they claim to be awaiting response from their Finance Department. Now they will not respond to emails, chat requests or return calls.
What is concerning me is a withdrawal request made AFTER these requests was paid to me in 3 days - with no problem.
This has caused me significant financial hardship.

Hi st0rbz74, I talked with the persons from Customer Support and Finance departments that were or are involved in solving this situation and they confirmed me that you were already aware that the issue with at least one of your withdrawals is that your bank rejected it. Therefore, as soon as we found out it came back, we contacted you to ask for an alternative bank account we could reprocess it to, which we did yesterday, 27th of September. As for the other withdrawal requested, even though it hasn't bounced back to our bank account yet, we will reprocess it today. Our Customer Support will get in touch shortly to inform you.
