Shangri La Casino - Account block after withdrawal

I registered there and verified my account as I usually do and deposited 220€, I've played around a week, after they limited my stakes I decided to withdraw my balance, They asked for Card photo but as It was Skrill Virtual Card I sent them screen. After 3 days of waiting for withdrawal I wanted to check if status changed but instead of this I noticed that my account is blocked.
After that I instantly contacted support but I was told
"We regret to inform you that your account has been blocked.
This action has been taken in accordance with a directive issued by our management. Due to the confidential nature of this matter, we are unable to provide further details at this time."
So this this service is pure scam, instead of paying me they just blocked my account and probably stole my whole money I had pending for withdrawal without any explanation.
