Right so when I started playing on royal panda I really enjoyed it it was my go to casino that was untill I tried to withdraw my 1250 winnings. Winning we’re stuck on pending while I was to send in verification documents fair enough I thought so I sent in bank statement pictures of the front and back of my card proof of address and birth certificate. Get an email the next to say all my documents had been excepted except my birth certificate as it had a tiny corner missing so I as my friend to take me on the 28 mile round trip to get a new birth certificate cost me 30 plus fuel money I might add. I take the photos and one of it next to my face and sent it in to royal panda at 11 56 i then call to check they got them all looks good I’m told so there off to the verification team 2. 39 get an email saying they couldn’t see the whole document I’m like are you actually kidding me??! So I send the pictures yet again and then call now I’m being told there were no pictures on my 11 56 email but they can see the ones I’ve just sent now there off to the verification team just seem a ploy so they get out of paying out as you can see by my photos it can clearly be seen.
