Hello guys,
I´ve some serious problems with RIZK here. I´ve cashed in some money and wanted to withdraw my winnings (4.500€ Total). After I´ve successfully uploaded my Documents, someone in Livechat told me that they´re accepted. After that I wanted to cancel the Withdraw but the guy in the LiveChat told me, that the Payment is already on the way and I can´t cancel it anymore - but I can Deposit again since the Money is coming to my Bank Account within 3 Days. So I deposit the money - but now after 6 days I still haven´t received the money (4.500€).
Another Guy in the LiveChat told me now, that my Account is still under review and the Payment did not sent to me?
I really need the money to pay some Stuff, else I get in some serious Problems. The Livechat Supporter can´t tell me anything what´s really going on here with my Account and how long it will take - so in my eyes it´s just a scam so far since they told me, Payment is already done and I can cash in again!
I hope we can fix this Issue here asap.

The reason for why the withdrawal was pending for a few days (on average we process withdrawals within 4 hours after the player requests it) was because you had some unsettled deposits through Sofort. These deposits had to be settled before we could process your withdrawal.
