Hi,
I processed a withdrawal of £250 on the 31st August and its still showing as not being approved on my transactions, I know 6 days isnt a lengthy amount of time, but it is past the 1-3 business days as stated and I can't get hold of anyone through the live chat or email system.
Could you please let me know how long this should take as its the first transaction that I've had a problem with in regards to time taken to receive it.

We have looked into this matter with our payments team and this is what has happened.
1) You requested a withdrawal of £250 to your bank card on the 31/08.
2) Unfortunately due to a human mistake this was actually, and very regrettably so, missed by our payments team until the 06/09, which we can not apologize enough.
3) Then the withdrawal was cancelled and returned to your Rizk account as the withdrawal had to be done with the same method (PayPal) as your deposit.
4) When you had the funds (£250) on your Rizk account you played away £50 and withdrew $200 to your PayPal account. This withdrawal was processed within an hour.
We at Rizk pride ourselves with fast withdrawals (the average processing time is under 4 hours) and although there was a human mistake here, waiting 7 days for a withdrawal to be processed without a good reason is in no way defendable, so we’d like to sincerely apologize for what happened. You will also find a proper compensation in your Rewards section on your Rizk account.
