Unable to withdraw
After my account being approved, I have had no luck withdrawing from my account at this casino. Several attempts to resolve the issue via their live chat agents have only led to promises of passing my inquiry to "another department". They would get back to me in 24hrs. My first attempt to withdraw was last weekend.
The issue is that I have is I click on the green + symbol at the top right corner of the casino home page, I then get a pop window defaulted to deposit. I then select WITHDRAW, select my preferred method (Visa), enter the amount I wish to withdraw ($1000cad) and confirm. I then get a message at the bottom of my screen that says "Success! We will process your request shortly." I can see my balance being adjusted by the requested amount, but within a minute, the requested funds are credited back to my playable balance.
I am joining screenshots of my balance, my last live chat conversation, my withdrawable balance, a screenshot of the "succes" message today at 6h25 which also shows my balance decreasing/being adjusted by the requested amount, a screenshot at 6h26 with funds back in my balance. Finally a copy of the confirmation email that my account was approved.
