Hello,

I am contacting you with a very big issue that I have with this casino.

On May 31st I made a withdrawal from my Redping account for 4500 euros that I have won without bonus. They asked for Documents which I provided. Then I received an email saying - withdraw your funds because we are closing. I did so and then a few days later they vanished without paying me. I have tried to contact them but received no response. As far as I understand Redping is / was part of a much bigger organization that can be seen under the name softswiss.org / DIREX N.V who are still operating a lot of brands.

I just want to get my funds back.

Good day! at first ,I like playing at this casino. quick support, good games. But.. there is a big problem with withdraw. In casino rules i read that withdraw will be in 12 hours after request. A made request in 27 november. Now 30 november and..a still haven got my money.support dont tell me anything about my withdraw..its so sad..

Red Ping Win Casino - Free Spins not received

I deposit yesterday with code for blackfriday bonus. I got than only 75% bonus without 25 freespins. I was contact support than and she tell me that Ill get freespins after I clear bonus 75% first and if I didn't get to contact them again. I clear bonus but still not got this freespins. Contact support 2 times and now support said that I need to deposit 20 euro again to receive freespins. I think its not fair, every supports speaks differently.

Red Ping Win Casino - Accidentally deposited 10times the amount I was supposed to deposit

Hi,

I got a bonus offer on my e-mail from redping.win 55% up to 100euros,

I wanted to play some slots so i took it but accidently deposited 10 times the amount i was supposed to deposit to get the 100euros extra in bonus.

Instead of depositing 182euros i accidently deposited 1820euros.

right after depositing i noticed my misstake and contacted their livesupport who told me to cancel my bonus and wait for an answer from the administration.

So i waited and it went almost a week and i got worried because it is alot of money.

I contacted their live support again today and a few minustes ago i got a e-mail telling me to wager my misstaken deposit amount three times. that means i have to wager 5460euros just to get my deposit back.

That is crazy i am also withdrawing to exact same acount i deposited with so it is absolutly not about money laundering.

I hope you can help me with this case becasue even the casino knows this was a misstake but now they are just taking advantage of the situation.
