Withdrawal was cancelled and account was closed before completing withdrawal
I had a request to close my account and a pending withdrawal for $1500 CAD which I was looking to have both completed. I wanted to have my account closed, after I had my withdrawal completed.
I received an email this morning that my account was closed, however the withdrawal was not completed. I have since not been able to make contact with anyone. They seem to be holding my withdrawal hostage, and I am not sure why they would close the account without clearing the withdrawal.
I am hoping you can help me get in contact with someone on their site, as they are extremely hard to get in contact with.
