I sent a withdrawal request one week ago, got confirmation mail from finance department same day, after this I have received no information. The money still just stands as "pending".

Customer service said the withdrawal would take 3-5 days and my withdrawal is still in the process of completion, there is just high volume of traffic at the moment because of the holidays.

Resolved, new withdrawal will be required.
