I want to solve the matter internally by talking to customer support but they're only ignoring to my query and they're only saying me to wait more & more without carefully reading to my query that's why I am being forced to submit complaint here. I'm a player on Rabona site from 18 February 2022 and I never faced any type of issue but on 17th August 2024 I won 21600 INR by playing with the Real deposited money and I placed withdrawal request but Rabona casino isn't approving my withdrawal.
Only ignoring from 8 days. They have mentioned in there t&c that withdrawal maximum time is 1-5 days while already 8 days have been wasted and still my withdrawal is showing pending. Rabona casino is very careless and not Approving my withdrawal.
There is no active Bonus.
There is no pending Waggering.
I played with Real money without any bonus.
Kyc is completed already.
Account is able to login and all Games are working.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team has just extended the response timeframe for another 96 hours in the hope that Rabona Casino management will soon provide an update regarding this complaint.
Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
If you don't have ability to give us winning then why you were running this Cash Bonus offer which was collected by converting 87 points and now you have blocked my account when you seen that I have won this huge amount with that Cash Amount,Even you didn't asked any Documents or details from me even you're saying from 8 days that everything is OK and withdrawal will be processed soon but in last when I submitted my complaint here at Askgamblers you have closed my Account.If you are Begger yourself then why you're offering Cash Bonus to Players by converting their collected points? First of all don't make everyone fool by saying that withd will be processed soon,And also don't bring such offers when you cannot give withdrawals,And also before Blocking account you haven't even informed what I have done wrong.By the way on Askgamblers many complaints are posted this shows how careless and irresponsible you're.

I am old player from 2 years but suddenly they blocked my account after I won and placed withdrawal.
Can you explain what were you doing from 2 years when I was used to deposit and play only and you blocked account by saying multiple accounts today.Shame on this FAKE Casino sire.
