Hello,
I've been playing on Rabona for several months without any problems and with a verified account.
Furthermore, I'm at VIP level 4.
For the past week, I've been receiving an error message when I try to make a withdrawal: "Code 6321: Withdrawal action is restricted by group." My account is verified, but I don't understand this error. No one in the chat or email support knows how to answer me. I have about €1,000 blocked on Rabona. If the problem isn't resolved quickly, I will take legal action.

As i said before in the complaint, the error message is "Code 6321 : withdrawal action is restricted by group".
I send you the screenshot of the error. And i got this error with all withdrawal methods.
