Hello,
I have made two withdrawal request on July 21 and July 22. Each 500€. Rabona state that payment takes to three business days. They should have been paid out already. When I contact support they send me always the same answers that there is delay due to many withdrawals and will be processed soon but nothing happens.
Such delay is unacceptable.
On verification site it says that my account doesn't require verification.
Please help.
