I have made two withdrawal requests of €500 each on June 2 and June 3. Today is June 6th, which means they should have already been processed. On the chat, I'm being told there is a backlog and that this is the reason for the delay.
However, as a customer, I don’t see why I should be affected by internal delays when your their terms clearly state that payment processing takes 1–3 business days.
Additionally, my account does not require any verification.
