Deposit failed but still charged
I did a deposit of 1900 NOK (about 160 eur) to my account the 27th of may 2023. The transaction went through as normal, but I have never credited my funds to the account. I contacted support a couple of hours earlier, and they told me it should appear on my account within at maximum 48 hours. Fast forward a few days and the funds are yet to appear. I proceed to contact support multiple times within a weeks span, and get different answers on what to do and what will happen next. They first tell me I will get refunded via the same method I used to deposit, then after 1 week tell me I need to contact my provider, as I didn't get refunded. I then go ahead and tell my provider to chargeback the transaction, but it's taking its time, and almost 1 and a half months after the deposit, I am still waiting for the refund to come. Please help me.
