Hello everybody!
Rabona casino has delayed my withdrawals for a really long time. I've had three withdrawal requests going on for a long time and they haven't paid any of them. The oldest of these withdrawal requests was made on October 29, 2022. My account has been successfully verified and I have tried to resolve the issue through their Support, but with poor results. Could you help me please?

They now sent me an email and asked 3 months bank statements. That is weird because I already uploaded it to their site 19.11.
So yesterday thei asked me to send them 3 months bank statements by email which I did.
Today they sent me an email that that document needs to be uploaded to their site, not emailing it. Confusing. I remind that I already uploaded that document to their site 19.11.

3.11 We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification.
Your withdrawal requests for a total of 1500 EUR as well as 284 EUR of your balance have all been paid. You should receive the funds in your account in the nearest time.
