I am submitting an official complaint regarding my unpaid withdrawal from Pleedo Casino.

More than 48 hours have passed, all required documents have been submitted, my account is fully verified, yet my funds have still not been transferred.

I have contacted your support via live chat, email, and Telegram, but I have received no clear response, and my messages are being ignored.

Please note that:

I have already filed complaints with regulatory authorities,

I am posting negative public reviews daily until this issue is resolved.

I demand immediate payment of my winnings and a clear explanation of the situation.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further legal actions.

I had been enjoying my time playing with Pledoo Casino, until I tried to withdraw (withdrawal was for €3,000, with €11,000+ in my balance) and they placed my account under a legitimacy check and I have not been advised why or when there would be a resolution. In the email, they stated this process is applied when certain conditions are met (e.g., a single win of €10,000+, a win exceeding 5,000x the stake, or a total balance of €50,000+) and none of those conditions apply to my account.

I was told that this process could take up to 7 business days - it has now been over 4 weeks and I am not getting anything other than generic, non-descript responses from customer service or the security team.

I would just like some escalation and responsiveness so we can resolve the issue and I can continue playing with Pledoo, as up until this point I was very much enjoying the user experience.

I registered on the Pledoo website and started placing bets, I bet on the top teams from Europe and the USA.

At one point, my 4 bets won and I wanted to withdraw money.

Then I received a letter that I needed to fill out information about myself, I filled out everything.

After some time, having not received the money, I decided to log into my account to check what was going on, but they wrote to me that I was blocked.

December 4 I received an email with the following content: "Your account has been temporarily suspended by the security department for the purpose of conducting a credibility check on your bets due to suspicious activity. This is a routine procedure that is conducted on new clients who have received a large one-time payout and/or a sequence of regular large winnings in the same games."

I left everything as is, after 4 days I asked in a reply to the letter they sent me if I could withdraw my money. I didn't receive any response. Then I tried to log into my account again, but this time I saw information that my username or password was incorrect. As I understand it, my account was completely deleted, and not temporarily blocked.

I chatted with them, but did not receive any other information. All they told me was that the letter had already been sent (about legitimacy check).

I made several deposits and there were no questions about my losing bet, but they appeared immediately as soon as I won. I want to clarify the situation and get my winnings. Thank you!

I created an account at Pleedo.

I made the process of identifying myself with my ID and all was accepted and that I was "all done".

I played for a couple of hours and won 6900 euro.

When I tried to withdraw the money they asked for documents which I provided. They kept them "pending" for a week, when I asked what was taking so long and attached them again I found out that my "account was blocked" when I tried to log in.

The livechat stated that they had sent me an email to explain this, but I havent recieved anything.

Please help.

I have played at this casino. Now I have faced problems.

First withdrawal came the next day. Now I have made two withdrawals, not received my money. They say they approved and sent my money 5 days which they were supposed to take.

I have waited 5 days no money. Never in my life have I encountered problems like this. If a casino page says sent and it says approved then the money should appear in my bank account.

I was fully verified. After making the withdrawal I had to send my bank card and a bank statement to the Security Department because I paid with my credit card and chose bank transfer for the withdrawal. Ok, no problem.

After that, I asked 2 days later in the Chat and the operator said that everything is fine. But the withdrawal is still open.

I have made a withdrawal which has been pending for 10 business days.

I have contacted the casino numerous times. I was told it would be processed between 5 and 7 business days , then I have been told that it will be processed when they replenish their withdrawal account, and that they can not give me a time frame for that ?

They then continue to suggest I do a withdrawal using bitcoin, however I signed up to their casino because they advertise fast withdrawals within 5-7 days and withdrawal using bank wire.

My first withdraw I made on 13.3.22.

After 1 week I ask the support how long it take.

They said it take longer because the Bank need to replenished. Don't know what this mean?

I cancelled the withdraw play little more and do another withdraw on 22.3.22.

One week later now the same answer from the support. The bank still need to replenished. I think that is a big joke?
