Legitimacy Check Applied After Withdrawal Attempt Despite No Criteria Met and Pledoo Unresponsive
I had been enjoying my time playing with Pledoo Casino, until I tried to withdraw (withdrawal was for €3,000, with €11,000+ in my balance) and they placed my account under a legitimacy check and I have not been advised why or when there would be a resolution. In the email, they stated this process is applied when certain conditions are met (e.g., a single win of €10,000+, a win exceeding 5,000x the stake, or a total balance of €50,000+) and none of those conditions apply to my account.
I was told that this process could take up to 7 business days - it has now been over 4 weeks and I am not getting anything other than generic, non-descript responses from customer service or the security team.
I would just like some escalation and responsiveness so we can resolve the issue and I can continue playing with Pledoo, as up until this point I was very much enjoying the user experience.
