Blocked account and unpaid winnings of 1184 usd

Hello, Askgamblers Team!

I registered on the Pledoo website and started placing bets, I bet on the top teams from Europe and the USA.

At one point, my 4 bets won and I wanted to withdraw money.

Then I received a letter that I needed to fill out information about myself, I filled out everything.

After some time, having not received the money, I decided to log into my account to check what was going on, but they wrote to me that I was blocked.

December 4 I received an email with the following content: "Your account has been temporarily suspended by the security department for the purpose of conducting a credibility check on your bets due to suspicious activity. This is a routine procedure that is conducted on new clients who have received a large one-time payout and/or a sequence of regular large winnings in the same games."

I left everything as is, after 4 days I asked in a reply to the letter they sent me if I could withdraw my money. I didn't receive any response. Then I tried to log into my account again, but this time I saw information that my username or password was incorrect. As I understand it, my account was completely deleted, and not temporarily blocked.

I chatted with them, but did not receive any other information. All they told me was that the letter had already been sent (about legitimacy check).

I made several deposits and there were no questions about my losing bet, but they appeared immediately as soon as I won. I want to clarify the situation and get my winnings. Thank you!

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Pledoo Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We apologize for the delayed response to your initial inquiry; regrettably, we did not receive a notification about the open complaint. We are actively addressing this issue to ensure that such situations are avoided in the future.

On 03.12.2023 we received the following information from our SportsBook provider Digitain: "The user has been added to the "Arbitrage" group with the limit 00.1%"

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions under paragraph 2.3, we cut the customer's winnings and blocked his account:

"Arbitrage betting, also known as "arbitrage actions" or "sports arbitrage," is a betting strategy where a user attempts to exploit differences in odds and/or betting lines between various bookmakers or sportsbooks to guarantee a profit. This may involve simultaneously placing bets on all possible outcomes of the same event or using specialized arbitrage software to identify profitable opportunities.

Arbitrage betting may be considered a violation of our platform's rules, and it is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through arbitrage actions will be deemed invalid, and the user's account may be suspended with the confiscation of all illegitimate winnings. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the Digitain provider."

The customer received a detailed email on December 13, 2023, containing all relevant information. Additionally, we refunded the customer's deposits, totaling $210.00.

Attached to this message are two files: an explanatory letter from our SportsBook provider, Digitain, and a screenshot from the customer's account to verify the legitimacy of our SportsBook's claims.
