Withdrawal not being processed since 10 days
I have requested a withdrawal of €500 on the 5th of April 2022 which is since then in the 'pending' status. Terms and conditions of the website state up to three business days which have obviously been passed for a while. While in the beginning the casino mentioned a high volume of withdrawal requests (which can happen), this isn't an excuse anymore since the casino promised on the 14th of April that the payout will happen on the day after. Financial department is closed for the day and still no progress. Another contact with CS confirmed once again that the payment was scheduled for today, but didn't happen.
This is my second withdrawal in the casino, the first one had been requested on the 29th of March, was equal to €530 and had been processed 3 business days later.
