I’ve tried using different accounts, even another bank I use for saving too withdraw it too and get sent back the same email saying withdrawal canceled by user.
I have got in contact with online chat with the casino and each person who helps has said try a different bank, use no spaces in the account and bsb number, and try a different withdrawal method, all of which I have tried and nothing is working.
I had never had problems with the casino with withdrawing before, this is my first time withdrawing using bank transfer. But am only using it as it is now the only option I am given too withdraw through other run Bitcoin which also doesn’t work.

My full name is Jesse < content removed >, I have tried that I have tried without my middle name I have tried without spaces I have tried with spaces. It’s not working, but once again I have two different people telling me it’s something different you tell me it’s my beneficiary details and I’m getting an email from playamo saying it’s the way I’ve put my account number in, and everytime I reply too their email they do not reply and if they do it’s taking a day for them too get back too me. I would like the money paid too me, I don’t care if it’s outside of the casino I want my money, this is getting out of hand the time it’s taken ajd it’s still at the exact same spot I was at when I tried for my first withdrawal.
