The payment being constantly declined

I requested to withdraw my winnings 1500AUD on the 20/5/2021. I have withdrawn multiple times using the same bank account details saved in my account. First I was told it was processed and then the next day recieved email saying declined by payment provider. After inquiring back and forth on chat email and skyping my VIPmanager was told to reenter my bank details. Did this and have continued doing this for some 4 days to no avail. The casino keeps cancelling my withdrawal but offering no viable explain except :

In that case, please kindly fill the "Beneficiary name" field with your full name as it is mentioned in your bank account and create a new withdrawal request. 

I have used the exact name as printed on my statement. And still it is being declined even though its been successful in the past and even when I use the saved cashout option.

Another reason they stated in the chat was no branch address but the cashout form I have doesn't ask for a bank address.I don't know what to do.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

How can my details which i personally entered and are the same as that of my account name be incorrect? They are saved in my computer and I've never had a problem in past attempts. I manually entered them in the ways which they described and that was unsuccessful. The money was deposited back by the casino during my playing as i was in the chat going back and forth trying to resolve the problem and withdraw. I had funds still in there from my big win. I was unable to get assistance for 6 days and had to keep re withdrawing and was told it was sucessful. Yes eventually they were all lost. Very annoyed i am a VIP member having over 100000 points and they just ignored me. Waiting to hear from their "finance department" who never responded to tell me how to withdraw. I'm so cranky. I feel like i was baited to lose my winnings and that they werent sending it. My legal name was entered no one elses. Now my VIP manager is encouraging me to deposit claiming I entered address feild incorrectly. As ive stated multiple times that when i was withdrawing there was no address field. I sent screenshots via email to my manager to the support staff. I tried all these ways to withdraw my winnings after they were discarded daily. Now she happliy writes its reset and good to go. Well after my entire $3700AUD was in part deposited back as i played i've now a zero balence so i assume she is saying to deposit then youll be able to withdraw but i certainly do not trust them after this.

This is very confusing to me. When i asked the casino they told me to enter my name without spaces or another with no hyphens or as excatly as my casino name. I have done this multiple times. I tried all these ways and still no result. I had no direct help. Insread I was told and congratulated by playamo staff that my withdrawals were accepted and yet half an hour later the funds were redoposited back into my balence mid game play. I thought i had won. Here are some of the ways i entered my name as directed by playamo staff and vip manager. In the end my winnings were not accepted and i lost my money i am very dissapointed.

One successful withdrawal and now cancelled on bigger amount

I am beyond frustrated I am an Australian player and I have gone above and beyond to prove my identity to playamo…. I won $3000 and withdrew that amount and then withdrew $900 via bank transfer they were both processed and all sent to their end (what they said) I successfully got the $900 into my bank and I waited another week or so for the $3000 then I randomly get an email saying I cancelled the withdrawal which I did not.

So then they said I needed to verify my id again and there is a security issue with the L on my identification which is my middle name that’s not printed on my bank card like that but my bank card says My name and I have had a successful withdrawal before with no issue….

Now they have asked me to open a cryptocurrency wallet to have my withdrawal put into instead & apparently once the withdrawal is complete via cryptocurrency my profile will then be deleted!!!?

I am so confused By all this I have done absolutely EVERYTHING to verify my identification and trying to now withdraw $2890 after they let me play through some.

I got that many identifications to prove it’s me & a successful withdrawal into bank and still security says there’s now an issue, not a big surprise they don’t want to give me the larger amount…. When I withdraw the smaller amount the day after and got that not a problem…

Now all these issues for no reason when I have got all my Identification even offered my birth certificate…

I am beyond disappointed and upset with all this.

Assistance required: Withdrawal is being cancelled
Hello.
I have only been playing with Online Casinos for a few months.
I tried to cashout at Playamo Casino and after waiting several days, I received an email tonight stating that my cashout has been cancelled! I now have none of that money in my Bank Account or in my Casino Account.
I originally tried to cashout $1502.50 on September 23rd but it was discarded by PlayAmo and the money stayed in my Casino Account. I decided to continue playing. I then tried to cashout $1650.40. On September 28th, after supplying all documentation requested, it was accepted. I received an email stating the money was being sent to my bank. I waited several days for the money to go into my bank account. I contacted the support team but was asked to patiently wait.
On Monday October 4th, whilst still waiting for the money to go into my Bank Account, I decided I would deposit more money into my PlayAmo Account so I could play the slots.
When I logged in, to my surprise, the $1650.40 that I was expecting to be in my Bank Account was put back into my Casino Account.
Even though I was annoyed that it was not deposited into my Bank Account, there was no need to deposit more money as I had a balance of $1,650.40.
After playing and losing about $800, I won a feature.
I then decided that I would cashout my balance of $3102.31.
It "discarded" my first two attempts and finally changed the status to pending.
Tonight, October 6th, I received an email stating my entire balance of $3102.31 has been cancelled.
I feel I have been scammed.
I am concerned that the original withdrawal was deliberately put back into my Casino Account with hopes I would gamble it all away.
I had no intentions of gambling it all.
I won and decided to cashout.
I no longer apply for bonus' when I make deposits as it limits the choice of slots. Therefore the money I play with is purely mine.
Whatever the reason was for the $1650.40 going back into my PlayAmo Account, it was my money to gamble with - win or lose.
Now that I want to withdraw my winnings, they won't pay.
This is my money and I'm very distraught about it.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
