Deposit via etransfer 9 days ago
Aug 6 I via Gigadat I etransfered $110 from my checking account in my legal name same name as registration name at Playamo. I completed the transfer form correctly, my checking account was debited Aug 6 $110. I returned to Playamo site after I made this deposit only to find the funds are not credited to my account. I waited, 15 mins, (Gigadat states 15 mins is generally how long the transfer could take) still no funds. I stated a chat with csr at Playamo, I was advised a couple hours. Check back. I checked back and the once Pending deposit on Aug 6, had now been entered as Aug 7 Canceled the date changed! I have screenshots to prove everything So, I contact chat again, they tell me 5 business days and if the funds aren't in my playamo account the funds would be returned to my checking about. I took it upon myself to contact Gigadat and to my surprise Gigadat was extremely helpful, and expedite in their response. Gigadat received my proof , and confirmed the funds were accepted by playamo, Advised me to contact playamo csr and to tell playamo to contact Gigadat to confirm. Playamo opened an investigation gave me a investigation file number and have basically told me to wait..... 9 days later, There is still no resolution. This is the 2nd time I have encountered extremely delayed transfer of funds. Maybe this casino is in financial hardship and is looking at ways to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals.
