Abrupt account closure
I have made 13 requests for withdrawals (10 of which, for an amount of USD 1746.25 each, 2 for USD 300 each and 1 for USD 200). All were rejected.
Withdrawal #1 (31-10-2019) -rejected - requested upload of KYC documents for ID and address, which I did and uploaded. Documents approved at withdrawal #5.
Withdrawal #5 (05-11-2019) - rejected - requested upload photo of credit cards. I did and uploaded.
Withdrawal #6 (06-11-2019) - rejected - requested upload of screenshot of Neteller which I did and uploaded. Both the document of Netteler and credit card approved at withdrawal #10.
Withdrawal #10 (18-11-2019) - rejected - requested upload of my photo holding my ID.
Withdrawal #11 (20-11-2019) - rejected - requested me to cash-out via Neteller . I did that.
Withdrawal #12 (22-11-2019) - rejected - requested upload of my photo holding my ID and also a selfie with a text saying the Casino’s name and the current date. I did those and uploaded.
Withdrawal #13 (23-11-2019) -rejected - requested upload of my photo holding my credit card which I did and uploaded.
On 24-11-2019 they sent an email saying they identified an activity of fraud, closed my account and confiscated my funds without further explanation and refused any further discussion as according to them was final.
I expected the casino will do this unlawful ly bad business behavior in the end when they have nothing more to hassle with verification so as not to pay the cash-outs. I know very well I have been honest and done nothing wrong neither have I any intention of any fraud whatsoever. I solely play to enjoy the fun of fair game without slightest skill.
