Hello there AskGamblers.

It has been almost 2 weeks that I’m trying to verify my account at PlatinCasino.

I have previously done some deposits via Apple Pay with 4 different cards and two of them were virtual cards from an online bank. After I got my physical card from that bank I removed and deleted the virtual cards from my wallet and Apple Pay (I was not in need of them anymore).

I managed to be approved for the two cards, my main and my physical card from the online bank. But the other two virtual cards, I deleted them few months ago and I don’t have them in my wallet. I have explained this a lot to them through my emails and they asked me for a bank statement and deposits statements with the exact day and exact sum of deposited money, in case of a nonexisting Apple Pay card. I have provided those documents a lot of times, and keep explaining about my virtual cards. My deposit statements are legit, with my name, my address, the date, and all the necessary. But the casino keeps sending me the exact same email, that my account is still not verified and that they need proof of my Apple Pay cards which I have deleted as I have explained it to them so many times. I even sent all my deposits, from my first to my last one with all the details from my bank statement.

After so many contacts with them without any help from their side, I’m asking AskGamblers to help me in this situation.

Attached are some of the emails where I’m explaining the situation but I’m getting all the time the same answer

Hi Denis,
as you have deposited via ApplePay and your used Credit Cards aren't active anymore, we need Proof of Deposit from your ApplePay account.
Bank Statements from Revolut or Nordea aren't sufficient. Please forward exactly what our ayment team is asking for. We're only following MGA guidelines and regulations here.
Please upload the missing Proof of Deposits from ApplePay in your account and this issue will be solved asap.

I have called Apple support in order to get a full transaction history from my Apple Pay with my old cards, and they told me that since the cards are canceled and removed there is no way how to retrieve the infos from their side, but I can see the old transactions from my bank account statement.

Please if you know the way for me to find how to do that you are more than welcome to show me.

You can see attached what my wallet is writing at the bottom of the screenshot.

PlatinCasino’s customers support told me in their email that I need to send them few specific deposits so they can match it. I have sent them, and an hours ago I got an email that only one of two remaining cards needs to be verified now. I have sent also the deposit proof of that card, attached is the email I got from the support.

NOTE: The deposit proof of ApplePay ***7473 deposit: 05.09.2021 9:33:59 PM €15.00 ( is uploaded in my account, the only card left to get verified ) is shown in SEK instead of EUR, with a 15 €=155.34 SEK as it shows in the deposit statement, and which I’ve attached here as well.

Hello again PlatinCasino!

Attached is the email I got a week ago from the support asking for a specific deposit statement as shown in the email for the verification.
I have uploaded to my personal casino account the statement from my bank account statement and my Nordea Wallet with all the, date, time, and name so the verification department can cross check it.
