Self exclusion account able to deposit and gamble

Dear AskGamblers.

Some months ago, or maybe a year, I had my Platincasino account to self exclusion due to gambling issues and I couldn’t even log in to the casino at all.
Few times I enter the site to play with fake money just for the fun.
A couple of weeks ago when I entered the site I noticed that the layout was changed and I got curious.
I tried to log in and it let me log in, while before I had an error message that I was on self exclusion.
And then I tried to deposit and it still let me deposit.
My gambling issues got me and I deposited a total of 885€ in which I shouldn’t have been able to do since I was blocked from playing for this exact reason.
I have sent to support two emails about this issue 4 days ago to refund my deposits and keep my account closed as it should be but I got no response from them.

I’m asking from Platincasino to refund me this 885€ and keep my account closed.

Until now the account is still open I can still deposit funds.
