Payment still not processed after 48h

So far I have had no problems with withdrawals with the casino. On August 2nd at 10:05 p.m. I requested a payment of € 300. I previously requested a payment of € 850. The € 850 was immediately transferred to my Skrill account. I am still waiting for the € 300 today (August 4, 10:52 pm). The status of this payout is "waiting". The request is being processed. Nobody from support could give me a more precise answer.

I am assuming a technical problem here, as I have made two withdrawals within a short period of time.

It would be nice if Platincasino took care of it.

Today I made another payment of € 500, which has already been confirmed.
