I have tried to confirm many times that my skrill has the same home address than my account on platin casino site. I have sent attached skrill document two times already and it got canceled because they said that the address isn't readable. We can easily see that the address is totally readable so I really don't know what to do anymore. I have asked some clarifications about that what do they mean that isn't readable but haven't got answers.

After this complaint was published Platincasino accepted my verification and let me withdraw my money. So everything is fine now, thank you.
