Withdrawal delay for a month

My withdrawal has been pending since almost a month now. I've tried to contact live support but hey just say they'll forward it to the relevant department. but after that nothing is done about it.

I won 4533 dollars and I can only withdraw 750 at a time. also it says on my account that my Account doesn't need verification for now. so I'm not sure what the delay is about. also on their terms it says 3 business days to process. its almost been 30 days now though.

We can confirm that the player’s account verification was successfully completed on August 12, after which the requested withdrawals were processed without any issues.

Regarding the withdrawal limits, please note that these depend on the player’s current VIP level, which may vary based on deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses received. The system automatically adjusts these limits accordingly.
