This casino blocked my withdrawal of funds and asked me to send a video with a document to them by email for additional verification.
I sent this video 6 days ago, but still no response.
The support said that it usually takes 48-72 hours and no one indicated any maximum time frame.
I have $417 on my balance, the most interesting thing is that while I was losing my deposits, no one asked for any additional verification.
Please help complete verification and withdraw money.
