Refusing to honor their own bonus offer

I received an email offer (see attached) and duly deposited £10. When I could not find the spins I contacted the chat line. Transcript attached. Basically they wanted to offer me free spins on all sorts of junk games and I had taken up the offer in good faith as I wanted to play Egyptian Magic. I feel that this is a fraudulent offer and is just not right.

The problem arose as you have been given two offers and the first one (which you less wanted) was triggered first.
