I have tried to get an update from the casino since 04.11.2024, but the live chat is non-responsive, the emails are not getting answered either.

I have played here for some time and never had any issues depositing, I even think the account has been verified before, but now they needed to verify it once again.
I sent in all documents, and have heard nothing since that.

I have attached the pictures showing the whole communication so far.

I have never withdrawn from here before, and suddenly they have made a withdrawal but when asked to which account it says Mifinity, but I have not provided them with any information as to where they can make the withdrawal to, nor have I asked for a withdrawal.

I just want 1. Finish the verification process and make my account fully operational, or 2. Refund my deposit to its origin

Im only asking for the latest deposit of 2000NOK.
And again, as i have stated to Mr.Play on numerous accounts im looking for either the full verification of my account and the funds reinstated and also i would like an insurance that this will never occur again, or a way to refund me the deposit amount.

Still no response from Mr.Play, but i did receive this email today from them:

"Dear < first name removed >,

This email is a confirmation that your withdrawal request of 2 006,50kr has been sent for processing."


I am however a bit curious since i have not sent in a withdrawal request myself as to where they plan to send this "withdrawal".

Hopefully we will also get some clarificiations regarding this, and also regarding why they are not verifying the account.

Hi,
I will set this up, what documentation do you want me to send through the documentation upload area? The Mifinity information?
Which inform­ati­on/­doc­ume­ntation do you need?
All other documentation have been uploaded through the upload area 3 weeks ago.

Could you inform me however how come the account is not verified and if it will be verified after I upload Mifinity documentation?

Looks like they have verified the account now, and funds reinstated to the account.
Lost all the funds playing slots though so there is nothing more to complain about other than having 0 luck or whatever.
