We have found the needed account of the player at our casino and we want to confirm that the withdrawal the player is talking about (3001,23 EUR) was approved from the side of the casino and confirmed by the payment provider that the funds were sent to the player's banking account. The status of the withdrawal was changed to successful on May 15th, 2024.
In case the player hasn't received his funds we're kindly asking the player to provide a bank statement from the start of April 2024 to end of the May 2024 to check if the funds were received.
