Monster Casino - Verification issues, unable tomake a withdrawal of £501 for two weeks
I waiting from 28th of may for a £501 withdrawal, its been 2weeks, all the emails are copy and paste, sent off the relevant documents and still nothing!
Then when asking for a telephone number for head office or an email address for a manager/or an email address for the team who are verifying documents - They cannot provide. Now when asking for an update they do not even respond, or when they do it’s to say as soon as they have an update someone will email me (no one emails). When going on live chat they are offline without actually providing any help..
This isn't the first withdrawal. I'm not new..
