Monster Casino - Pending withdrawal of £592.20 and document approval

I was a fully verified customer with ID and proof of address. Made deposits and withdrawals then suddenly made a withdrawal of £592.20 and was asked for proof of income. The withdrawal was made on 6th June. Documents where asked for on 15th submitted documents on 15th and 20th and still not heard anything. Lots of people are complaining about the same thing. I put in a official complaint back on 12th and still had no resolution.

Today I received an email after 35 days stating my bank statement had outgoings missing which was not the case and you also wanted to see 3 months of my PayPal statements.

Due you you self excluding my account i have replied to the email with both as I am not able to add them on my account.

3 months worth of PayPal statements
3 months worth of bank statement transactions (incoming and outgoing)

Chased via email on 17th July and was told by Maria she would personally look into this for me and I’m still waiting!
