Monster Casino - Document verification delay which affects withdrawal
I have been playing with this casino for a while now. A few months ago after a few hours on there I thought it was time to call it a night, upon doing so withdrawing the remaining balance. After a week of waiting I was a little concerned so I got in contact with the casino. They advised me to upload details about my bank to which I replied immediately and uploaded the required documentation online. After a further 2 weeks I finally received my withdrawal. I thought this had maybe been a mistake, which can happen so continued to use this casino.
Again after a few deposits with no problem I tried to withdraw on the 2nd of June 2021 being the total sum of £940. I was then alerted to a message which stated they need evidence of funds to which I guess is a normal procedure so I swiftly uploaded the relevant documents again. I was thinking this time it will be done quickly and everything will be okay.
I am now submitting this on the 29th of June and nothing has been done so far. Every contact attempt with customer service is the same reply, they have apparently raised this issue with the documents and withdrawal team and they are waiting for response. As soon as they know something they will be in touch, I think 5 weeks is a little cheeky when the website clearly stated 2-3 working days.
If I could get some help on this matter that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
