I registered at the casino, made a deposit of about 1800 usdt, I won 1600 usdt and wanted to withdraw funds. They asked to pass a verification

First, ID verification, I scanned my driver's license through the cell phone camera and took a selfie, and an email came that the dl was successfully verified.

They asked for confirmation of the address and sent my unity bill. After 2 hours they closed my account.

I do not know why. They simply took the money after providing all the documents. I am ready for any checks. I have not violated anything.

Hi there,

After reviewing the case, we found that the player submitted a fake utility bill, identical to one used by another suspicious account, with only minor details changed.

This violates our KYC policies, and the account was closed as per our terms and conditions.

Closed account and stole money

I made deposit for 1000e and after about one month my balance was 2000e. I made KYC verification and all went fine. When I try to withdraw they closed my account and took all money including the deposit. Megadice sent email claim that I violated rules but that is impossible. I can not login anymore.

Account locked and gone money

Dear Sir/Madam, Mega Dice Casino has locked my account, voided all bets, and taken all the money including my deposit? I do not have access to my account and cannot send you pictures, but there was $900 in the account. Megadice closed my account with 72000 inside and they are evading me since two weeks

Hello, guys I'm devastated. Megadice 15 days ago closed my account without notice or something, I have inside 72.000 usdt.

I send emails and they are not responding to any mail..

Even in live chat, they ignore me, they close the chat at the same time I say something..

I am filing an urgent complaint requesting your immediate investigation and mediation against Megadice (operated by Megablock Gaming). I am currently owed USD 72,000, which has not been paid and has been outstanding for more than two weeks (14 business days) despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Payment anomaly: the operator claims to have paid the balance, but the funds were sent to a cryptocurrency wallet that is not mine. At no time did Megadice request my wallet address, and they never confirmed any payout destination. The only reasonable expectation was payment to the wallet where I originally deposited, or at minimum, prior confirmation of the destination wallet.
Licensing concern: according to my information, Megadice/Megablock Gaming does not hold a valid Curaçao license (their Curaçao licenses were terminated in 2024). I request that AskGamblers verify the operator’s licensing status and take this into account.

I am filing a complaint against Mega Dice casino because they closed my account and confiscated all my funds without giving me a clear reason.

], I received a message saying my account was closed due to an alleged breach of their Terms and Conditions, but they never told me which rule I broke despite my requests for clarification.

I have always played fairly and followed the rules. This sudden closure and loss of funds has caused me serious financial harm. Mega Dice has refused to explain or discuss the issue further, which I believe is unfair and unprofessional.

Account Closed Balance confiscated with no reason

I started using MegaDice 19th of April, deposited 650 usd. Everything looked ok, i used it for about 2 weeks when i noticed my betting limits are lowered. . I used it only for sportsbetting. I wanted to withdraw part of balance and got email for verification. I have sent all what they asked, was normal standard verification ID + Selfie and verification of adress. There is no reason for it. I sent official electricity bill.. On account was around 2550usd in momment when they took out money from my account and i noticed that i cant even log in anymore. I tried to find out why they did it, but they not give response. Just say i break some rule and dont say which.
