The MegaDice casino closed my account without notice, with more than $550 in its balance (for an initial deposit of 100USDT). They refuse to pay me, and even refuse to refund my initial deposit. They claim to have violated their terms and conditions, but refuse to tell me which condition I violated, despite my requests. They finally told me that the decision was internal, and that it would remain unchanged. I'm asking for your help.

During the ID check, I only had a photocopy of my ID. So I sent that along with a selfie. And then I emailed you my ID documents! At no time was there any attempt at fraud or anything of the sort. In fact, I can send you my identity documents again. I don't understand at all what I'm being accused of, I can even send my documents here if you like!
