Hello,

The MegaDice casino closed my account without notice, with more than $550 in its balance (for an initial deposit of 100USDT). They refuse to pay me, and even refuse to refund my initial deposit. They claim to have violated their terms and conditions, but refuse to tell me which condition I violated, despite my requests. They finally told me that the decision was internal, and that it would remain unchanged. I'm asking for your help.

During the ID check, I only had a photocopy of my ID. So I sent that along with a selfie. And then I emailed you my ID documents! At no time was there any attempt at fraud or anything of the sort. In fact, I can send you my identity documents again. I don't understand at all what I'm being accused of, I can even send my documents here if you like!

Megadice closed my account with 72000 inside and they are evading me since two weeks

Hello, guys I'm devastated. Megadice 15 days ago closed my account without notice or something, I have inside 72.000 usdt.

I send emails and they are not responding to any mail..

Even in live chat, they ignore me, they close the chat at the same time I say something..

 I am filing an urgent complaint requesting your immediate investigation and mediation against Megadice (operated by Megablock Gaming). I am currently owed USD 72,000, which has not been paid and has been outstanding for more than two weeks (14 business days) despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Summary of the issue

  • Amount owed: USD 72,000.
  • megadice.com 
  • Attempts to communicate: multiple emails (no reply for weeks); Live Chat sessions are immediately closed by their staff without response.
  • Payment anomaly: the operator claims to have paid the balance, but the funds were sent to a cryptocurrency wallet that is not mine. At no time did Megadice request my wallet address, and they never confirmed any payout destination. The only reasonable expectation was payment to the wallet where I originally deposited, or at minimum, prior confirmation of the destination wallet.
  • Licensing concern: according to my information, Megadice/Megablock Gaming does not hold a valid Curaçao license (their Curaçao licenses were terminated in 2024). I request that AskGamblers verify the operator’s licensing status and take this into account.
