Account Closed Balance confiscated with no reason

I started using MegaDice 19th of April, deposited 650 usd. Everything looked ok, i used it for about 2 weeks when i noticed my betting limits are lowered. . I used it only for sportsbetting. I wanted to withdraw part of balance and got email for verification. I have sent all what they asked, was normal standard verification ID + Selfie and verification of adress. I passed ID verification and adress was on pending. When i woke up next morning i got following email:

There is no reason for it. I sent official electricity bill.. On account was around 2550usd in momment when they took out money from my account and i noticed that i cant even log in anymore. I tried to find out why they did it, but they not give response. Just say i break some rule and dont say which. I am honest player, account is mine, i did nothing wrong, please help me to get justify here. Thanks.

There are two possibilities how i succed to log in. I was writting wrong password as i put same password which put everywhere, on Mega Dice must be one special caracter , but i think i was trying with special caracter too, can not remember really, and second that they reopened account... Same day WSM Casino( who paid me after i wrote complaint here , they admited they didnt have reason to close my account and confiscate funds) and i think both bookmakers/casinos are owned by same company, not sure. So thats why maybe because of panic i mistake.. Hope someone from Mega Dice reading this and can tell what is true. BUT still there is a serious problem, i could not verify adress. I sent them official electricity bill about 3 weeks ago when they asked, but when i click to withdraw write "your proof of adress is in review and you can continue to play until complete of verification", but my account is limited for sport betting and i am not casino gambler, i play only sport betting. .. I tried with chat, i tried with email 2 days can not reach anyone. On this electricitu bill is showen all informations but i can send other document is not problem... I hope someone from MegaDice reading this and will understand that is mistake what they are doing to me if they care about it. If i get my money i will write here.

First of all is mistake in dispute sum is not 650 usd but about 2550 usd.. 650 was initial deposit and i was betting for about two weeks and had around 2550 before account close and confiscate of money.

I would like one more time to try to get justify. If there is breach of Megadice terms and conditions, please write it here or private to ASKGamblers. I am honest player, i see that MegaDice have pretty big rate on every betting/casino review sites, with such behavior i dont understand why... I am not from yesterday in betting i know there are many cheater bookmakers but also cheater players. This is clear mistake, and i ask one more time to recheck my case...

Megadice closed my account with 72000 inside and they are evading me since two weeks

Hello, guys I'm devastated. Megadice 15 days ago closed my account without notice or something, I have inside 72.000 usdt.

I send emails and they are not responding to any mail..

Even in live chat, they ignore me, they close the chat at the same time I say something..

 I am filing an urgent complaint requesting your immediate investigation and mediation against Megadice (operated by Megablock Gaming). I am currently owed USD 72,000, which has not been paid and has been outstanding for more than two weeks (14 business days) despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Summary of the issue

  • Amount owed: USD 72,000.
  • megadice.com 
  • Attempts to communicate: multiple emails (no reply for weeks); Live Chat sessions are immediately closed by their staff without response.
  • Payment anomaly: the operator claims to have paid the balance, but the funds were sent to a cryptocurrency wallet that is not mine. At no time did Megadice request my wallet address, and they never confirmed any payout destination. The only reasonable expectation was payment to the wallet where I originally deposited, or at minimum, prior confirmation of the destination wallet.
  • Licensing concern: according to my information, Megadice/Megablock Gaming does not hold a valid Curaçao license (their Curaçao licenses were terminated in 2024). I request that AskGamblers verify the operator’s licensing status and take this into account.

I request that AskGamblers open a mediation case, contact Megadice/Megablock Gaming to demand immediate remediation, and advise on next steps if the operator refuses to cooperate.
