The reason for my message today is that after 3 business days, my withdrawals are still not paid. This delay isn't stated or normal, my account does not need any verification, so I don't really understand what's the cause behind this delay.
When contacting support through Live Chat, the experience is really poor; it almost feels like agents are AI, giving generic answers every time without being able to fix anything.
I have never felt like this in any other casino I've played. I feel like I'm getting ignored by their support team, always giving the same answer.
I would really appreciate if I could get my $148 soon, since it's stated that withdrawals are made within 3 business days.
