I am currently waiting for a payout of €1,500, and I still have €5,000 in my account. I’m not using any bonuses. I’m worried they are avoiding the payout. Verification is not required at this stage, and I’m beginning to wonder if I will ever receive my winnings. I feel extremely frustrated because I’m not getting any concrete answers from their staff.
