I have been waiting for the payment of PLN 1,500 for 3 weeks, they keep informing me in the chat that the matter is a priority and the finance department is dealing with it, but nothing is happening. They do not respond to e-mails, all contact attempts are unsuccessful.
The withdrawal method is bitcoin, according to their website it should take 3 business days but in reality I have been waiting for 3 weeks.
