Delayed withdrawal from 21st November

Hello,

Please help me address the withdrawal delays at Mafia Casino. They say that they process withdrawals within three business days, however I requested withdrawal on 21.november of 4960 NOK and have still not recived my withdrawal.

I have sent them multiple email requests and all I get are responses saying they are “verifying”, but it looks like that just a auto reply respons.

I have tried to be patient and contact them on the chat multiple times everyday but still nothing.

It seems as if they are intentionally delaying my withdrawals in the hopes that I will play again and lose my winnings.

I know it is not the bigges withdrawal but i would realy like your help here.

Ich habe derzeit drei ausstehende Auszahlungen über jeweils 500 eur was der maximalen Anzahl an gleichzeitigen Auszahlungen entspricht die das Casino erlaubt

Zusätzlich verfüge ich über ein verbleibendes positives Guthaben auf meinem Konto das ich derzeit nicht auszahlen lassen kann, da zuerst die ausstehenden Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden müssen

Laut den Angaben des Casinos sollten Auszahlungen innerhalb weniger Werktage bearbeitet werden Meine erste Auszahlung ist inzwischen jedoch seit 8 Tagen anhängig und überschreitet damit deutlich den angegebenen Bearbeitungszeitraum von bis zu 3 Werktagen

Ich habe den Kundensupport mehrfach per Live-Chat und E-Mail kontaktiert Jedes Mal erhielt ich dieselbe Antwort, dass es zu einer Verzögerung gekommen sei, meine Gelder sicher seien und das Finanzteam an der Bearbeitung arbeite. Ein konkreter Grund für die Verzögerung wurde mir nicht genannt, ebenso wenig ein verbindlicher Zeitrahmen. Der Status der Auszahlungen hat sich bislang nicht geändert

Win recorded but never credited despite multiple support contacts

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

• My account transaction history shows:

• 12:41:21 PM balance: CA$350.62 → CA$349.62

• 12:41:24 PM balance: CA$349.62 → CA$348.62

• 12:41:27 PM balance: CA$348.62 → CA$347.62 with a recorded CA$62.00 win

Despite the recorded win, my balance still decreased instead of increasing

The balance history clearly demonstrates that the CA$62.00 payout was logged by the system but was not actually credited to my account balance.

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

I have retained screenshots of the game replay, transaction history, and balance records supporting this complaint.

Please help me get my money from Mafia Casino

I have requested three withdrawals from Mafia Casino between April 1 and 3. The three withdrawals were for $700, $750 and $750; totalling $2200. I haven't received anything yet. I have emailed them numerous times and they have responded that the processing has been delayed because of the number of withdrawals that they have or that it is still processing but it is in the queue. They said that verification is not required. I am very frustrated. Can you help?

I am experiencing a significant delay with a withdrawal from Mafia Casino.

On April 7, 2026, I deposited after receiving a bonus from my VIP manager. After completing wagering, my balance reached approximately €4,473, and I submitted a withdrawal of €800 on April 8 via Bitcoin.

Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “processing” with no progress.

I have contacted both my VIP manager and live chat multiple times and was told the withdrawal would be prioritized. Despite this, it is still pending nearly two weeks later. On April 9 I was told it was being prioritized, and on April 12 I was told it was still under review. Since then, I have repeatedly been told to be patient without any clear timeframe or update.

No additional documents have been requested and no issues have been explained.

I have attached my email communications with my VIP manager as evidence of the ongoing delay and assurances given.

I made a withdrawal request of $1000 1 week ago now, on March 26. In the terms and conditions, a deadline of 3 working days is mentioned. I have contacted online support twice and I am told that my request is following the process and will be processed as soon as possible. At no time they asked for KYC verification.
