Bonus Round Winnings Not Credited

On Nov 13th I was playing the Gorilla Coin Boost slot by Fugaso. I made a $15 bet which landed the bonus round. During the bonus round I won $1960.

At the completion of the bonus round, the winnings were not credited to my account. The game shut down completely and when I tried to re-enter, it said it was down for technical reasons.

I contacted the casino right away and they said to wait 24hrs and it should credit me.

After the 24 hours it still had not credited my account. I have sent them multiple emails and they just say they are reviewing it. I have sent them all details including the BET id which they requested.

No one is advising how long this will take and they are not replying to my emails anymore. It’s a significant amount of winnings and they are not restoring them or replying to my inquiries on what is happening.

Ich habe derzeit drei ausstehende Auszahlungen über jeweils 500 eur was der maximalen Anzahl an gleichzeitigen Auszahlungen entspricht die das Casino erlaubt

Zusätzlich verfüge ich über ein verbleibendes positives Guthaben auf meinem Konto das ich derzeit nicht auszahlen lassen kann, da zuerst die ausstehenden Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden müssen

Laut den Angaben des Casinos sollten Auszahlungen innerhalb weniger Werktage bearbeitet werden Meine erste Auszahlung ist inzwischen jedoch seit 8 Tagen anhängig und überschreitet damit deutlich den angegebenen Bearbeitungszeitraum von bis zu 3 Werktagen

Ich habe den Kundensupport mehrfach per Live-Chat und E-Mail kontaktiert Jedes Mal erhielt ich dieselbe Antwort, dass es zu einer Verzögerung gekommen sei, meine Gelder sicher seien und das Finanzteam an der Bearbeitung arbeite. Ein konkreter Grund für die Verzögerung wurde mir nicht genannt, ebenso wenig ein verbindlicher Zeitrahmen. Der Status der Auszahlungen hat sich bislang nicht geändert

Win recorded but never credited despite multiple support contacts

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

Please help me get my money from Mafia Casino

I have requested three withdrawals from Mafia Casino between April 1 and 3. The three withdrawals were for $700, $750 and $750; totalling $2200. I haven't received anything yet. I have emailed them numerous times and they have responded that the processing has been delayed because of the number of withdrawals that they have or that it is still processing but it is in the queue. On April 7, 2026, I deposited after receiving a bonus from my VIP manager. After completing wagering, my balance reached approximately €4,473, and I submitted a withdrawal of €800 on April 8 via Bitcoin.

Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “processing” with no progress.

I have contacted both my VIP manager and live chat multiple times and was told the withdrawal would be prioritized. Despite this, it is still pending nearly two weeks later. On April 9 I was told it was being prioritized, and on April 12 I was told it was still under review. Since then, I have repeatedly been told to be patient without any clear timeframe or update.

I made a withdrawal request of $1000 1 week ago now, on March 26. In the terms and conditions, a deadline of 3 working days is mentioned.
