I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal.
I first attempted to withdraw my funds on 13.03.2026, at which point I was asked to complete account verification. I provided all requested documents, including alternative bank documentation since I no longer have the original card used for deposit. These documents were accepted and my account was successfully verified.
After that, I submitted a withdrawal request on 16.03.2026 for €2,194.09. Since then, the withdrawal has remained pending.
According to the casino’s stated terms, withdrawals should be processed within up to 3 working days. This timeframe has already passed. I have contacted support multiple times and have received similar responses each time, explaining that the withdrawal is in a queue and that there is a high volume of transactions or technical delays. However, no clear timeframe for completion has been provided.
At this point, my account is fully verified, no additional documents have been requested, and no issues have been raised regarding my withdrawal. The casino has confirmed that the payment is safe, but it has still not been processed.
I understand that delays can happen, but I believe this delay has exceeded the normal processing time without a clear explanation. I would like the withdrawal to be processed or to receive a clear and realistic timeframe for when it will be completed.
