I am filing a complaint regarding a prolonged delay in the processing of my withdrawals on the Legiano site. Below are the details of my situation:
Amounts of the withdrawals concerned:
I made three withdrawal requests of 500 € each, totaling 1,500 €, 7 days ago. As of now, these requests are still pending.
Total balance of my account:
The current balance of my account is 5,000 €, in addition to the 1,500 € I requested to withdraw. I would like to withdraw the entire amount according to the site's policies.
Main issue:
My three withdrawal requests of 500 € have been blocked for 7 days, with no clear explanation from the site.
I contacted customer support, who informed me that my requests have been forwarded to the financial department, but no specific processing timeline has been provided to me.
No KYC documents have been requested from me so far, although I am fully willing to provide any necessary documentation immediately if it can help expedite the process.
My expectations:
I request that my three 500 € withdrawals be processed as soon as possible.
I would also like clarification on how future withdrawals will be managed, to ensure that the 5,000 € remaining in my account does not face similar delays or unjustified restrictions.
