Withdrawal delayed with unknown problems

My account is verified and already make successful withdrawal before within an hour. Now its already 3 days and my withdrawal didn't arrived yet. They have no solution and I don't know what's the problem. Someone in live chat said provider payment side error, but the other said double checked at security department, and what else?

I didn't use any bonus nor cheated, I know the rules! I deposit using fast pay in an instant and why I can't withdraw my winnings with the same method payment or even you're make it delayed on purpose? At least tell me the problem and usually how long I need to wait, not like this King Billy as a King Casino! Ok when you think the amount is just about 460 usd, but in my currency its big money that can make me eat for a month and greatly i have nothing left except money fund's held in your site!

There's no proof error from provider side, so if sites had a international licensed there's must be a proof to make player reliefs. Its been a week since i make withdrawal with big amount for me, and a many player had same problem, its smells like to make player desperate and whatever ways to canceled the withdrawal without make their hands dirty. So i'd choose to stop play from their group sites coz many other sites cashout either tiny or jackpot win without blablabla.

The situation regarding this complaint is as follows:

• Indeed, the player’s withdrawal was initially canceled, due to a technical problem on the payment provider’s side.
• However, before the problem was resolved, the player proceeded and played down the USD460 that he mentions. History bets prove this.
• Then the player decided to close his account himself. In his own words “No, I just make my funds all gone by purpose and no interest anymore in Dama NV slots group. Just close my account forever”.
• At the time he asked to close the account, the player’s account had 2,815.85 IDR (Indonesian Rupiahs) left, which is less than USD 1. This is not possible to withdraw.

In light of the above, we would kindly ask AskGamblers to close this complaint.
