I'm a VIP at King Billy for some time now , it's always been my most trusted casino, however my last payout approval was confirmed by email but this time it did not appear in my bank account as it always has ( within a few hours , even the following day it has not appeared ) the more worrying fact is that the website is blocked ( the Australian government does this , then generally casinos create a mirror site URL so us aussies can play) but I am

Yet to receive a response from my VIP manager and I have also reached out to customer support via email. I have two pending cash outs (never had an issue before I would like to say) If I am not able to play here I still

Expect my two withdrawals $2000 AUD each to be paid. The unresponsiveness is worrying me along with the fact I can no longer access this casino . I have literally spent ridiculous amounts here and they have even sent me a big gift hamper to say thank you .

I have been paid one sum the other I played ( they canceled my cash out saying I got payment details wrong ) I'm not sure if I did or if it was them but I consider this case closed
